NEEDS ASSESSMENT

The purpose of this presentation is to illustrate the characteristics/plans/operational activities and philosophical decisions that have resulted in a solo fertility practice that is performing over 1000 IVF cycles annually.  While maintaining a 5 day retrieval week, 6 day transfer week, Sundays off and 5 weeks on the slopes or beach.

LECTURE DESCRIPTION

From the space design and layout, to the staff training that is customer directed rather than staff or physician directed. The course will review the development of a comprehensive diagnostics and treatment center all under one roof and how this reduction in patient inconvenience along with improving physician efficiency and time management have resulted in enhanced returns on our investments (ROI). In addition to more time to do the things we like. Philosophical discussions regarding the utilization of the newest technologies along side ancient treatments while maintaining acceptable outcomes provide a social base for practice growth.
