Registration Fees

All meeting fees must be paid in US funds.

Educational Discount

Research fellows, residents, interns, medical students, and allied professionals in approved, full-time training programs are eligible for an educational discount. Contact the Society’s office at info@pcrssonline.org for more information.

Scholarships

A limited number of scholarship funds are available to research fellows, residents, interns, medical students, and allied professionals in approved, full-time training programs. Name Badges

All participants must register and wear identifying badges to all sessions and events. To obtain name badges, spouses, guests and additional family members must also be registered.

Refunds

Requests for refunds must be in writing and received at the Society’s office prior to 3/26/08. There will be a handling charge of $150 for refunds and/or changes in registrations.

Letter of Invitation

Because of current travel regulations, all individuals requiring a visa to enter the United States are urged to begin making travel arrangements and obtaining necessary papers by October, 2007 to attend the meeting in April 2008 . A letter of invitation will be sent to you upon receipt of written request (email is acceptable). A letter of invitation does not imply any financial support by PCRS.
