Space
Assignment
Booths
are assigned
on a first
come first
served basis.
However, each
exhibitor's
first three
selections
are given careful
consideration.
All
official booth
space will
be located
in the exhibit
hall and assigned
by the PCRS.
Assigned spaces
may be rearranged
by the PCRS
staff to adjust
balance against
congestion,
avoid confusion
in company
names and resolve
competitive
conditions
or for similar
reasons.
General
exhibit space
will accommodate
one hospital
size tabletop
display only
(6 ft by 4
ft high as
it sits on
the table top).
Exhibits should
not project
beyond the
allotted space
nor obstruct
the view of
or interfere
with traffic
to other exhibits.
A limited number
of oversized
exhibit spaces
are available
on a first
come, first
served basis.
All
exhibits must
be flameproof
and comply
with federal
and city fire
laws, insurance
underwriter,
and hotel safety
regulations.
Any substances
prohibited
by the city
fire department
or authorities
will not be
permitted in
the exhibit
hall. In addition,
all electrical
work and wiring
must be approved
and installed
in accordance
with local
regulation.
Exhibitors
are responsible
for compliance
with the Americans
With Disabilities
Act within
their assigned
exhibit space.
Set-Up
PCRS
exhibit staff
will be available
for set-up.
Your
registration
packet will
be waiting
at your booth.
PCRS
staff are stationed
inside the
exhibit hall
during the
entire set-up
process to
assist you
in finding
your booth
space, answer
your questions
and coordinate
the hotel’s
electrical,
engineering
and communications
departments
to ensure you
have received
your exhibit’s
electrical
and communications
requests.
Electrical
and communications
request
forms must
be completed
and in
the Society's
posession
by
March 1st in
order to
avoid on-site
fees of
$35 per
form in
addition
to cost
of service.
Tear-Down
and Removal
No
part of the
exhibit, equipment,
or literature
may be removed
once it has
been set up,
without permission
of the PCRS
Exhibit staff.
Exhibits may
not be dismantled
until after
the official
closing time
on Saturday,
April 25.
Dismantling
of exhibits
prior to that
time may jeopardize
eligibility
to exhibit
at future PCRS
meetings. All
exhibit materials
must be packed
and ready for
removal from
the exhibit
hall by 12:00
noon, April
25.
