In-Training Scholarship Application

To encourage the participation of medical professionals in training in the PCRS Annual Meeting, Pacific Coast Reproductive Society established a scholarship fund, supported by our members and commercial sponsors.

Amount per Scholarship: Up to $3,000 to cover airfare to and from the conference (based on coach fares available at the time the scholarship is awarded), meeting registration fees, and an allowance of $145 for ground transportation (parking, cabs, etc.). The scholarship includes sleeping rooms based on double occupancy (a same gender roommate will be selected by PCRS). PCRS reserves the right to assign scholarship winners to specific hotels at our discretion.

Number of Scholarships Available: 25+

Criteria: Applicants must be medical professionals in training who are in an accredited medical/military program in the United States. Scholarship winners from prior years are ineligible for full scholarships. Partial scholarships are available for prior year receipents based on merit. Merit is based on the final rating score of abstract submissions by the Abstract Revire Committee).

Application Process:  Submit 1.) a completed Annual Meeting In-Training Scholarship Application, and 2.) a letter of nomination (PDF format, on official letterhead from a faculty member, department head, or fellowship chair), stating why you should be awarded a scholarship to attend the PCRS Annual Meeting, to PCRS via fax, 541-549-1653, or e-mail  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
