Due to the popularity of the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival scheduled for April 12 – 21, 2013, rooms in the Indian Wells/Palm Springs area during this peak period can be very hard to find and rates available to general public may escalate significantly as the meeting date draws near. To relieve this situation, PCRS has arranged room blocks at special rates at two hotels. Once the room blocks are full, PCRS will not be able to assist you with hotel reservations. You must be registered to attend the PCRS Annual Meeting in order to reserve hotel rooms within the blocks at the special rates. Any guest registered within the blocks who is not registered for the meeting will be billed at the hotel's standard rates.
We recommend that you secure your room reservations immediately following your meeting registration. Note: our room blocks are currently full, however, occasional cancellations do happen.
