***Satellite events involving any of the PCRS meeting delegates or faculty must be approved in advance by PCRS. No CME activities/events may be planned by anyone other than PCRS.
Events may be held only during unrestricted days and times, If an event is held without PCRS approval, the exhibiting company will be charged the applicable fee for the event plus a $5,000.00 penalty fee. PCRS management also reserves the right to bar violators from participation in future events.
Satellite events include, but are not limited to, social activities, press conferences, media events, product introductions, focus groups, and other functions.
