2011 Exhibition Schedule
The following hours and dates have been reserved for meeting attendees to visit exhibits. These hours do not compete with any educational activity or social function. (Subject to change to accommodate CME program schedule.)
Wednesday, April 13
Set Up 4:00 to 7 pm
Thursday, April 14
Set Up 7:30 to 9:30 am
Overall Hours 10 am to 4 pm (AM Break, Lunch Break, Afternoon Break)
Friday, April 16
Overall Hours 10 am to 2:30 pm (AM Break, Lunch Break) Poster Session 6:00pm - 7:30pm
Saturday, April 17
Overall Hours 10 AM to Noon, Break (AM Break 10:30 am, Tear down 12 Noon)
Activities scheduled in the Exhibit Hall include: Refreshment breaks (Thursday, Friday, Saturday), Postgraduate Course luncheon (Thursday), Poster Session (Friday evening).

One skirted six-foot table, two padded side chairs, and wastebasket. Large booths include two six-foot tables, Extra Large booths include three tables. If you have your own display and don't need the tables, please let us know.
Space will accommodate one hospital sized, table top display only (6ft wide by 4ft high as it sits upon the table). NB: Due to fire regulations, only booths fitting the above guidelines will be allowed on the exhibit floor. Booths not meeting the size requirements will not be permitted under any circumstances.
Booth personnel are limited to an appropriate number of representatives at any given time
PCRS will be responsible for identification signs and booth numbering

To receive a refund for exhibit fees, cancellation must be made in writing and delivered via e-mail, fax, or regular mail. See table above for dates and fees.
