Meeting Registration and Hotel Reservations

Due to the proximity of the Annual Meeting and the Coachella Music Festival, PCRS has implemented its own version of a housing bureau to alleviate frustration with securing rooms for PCRS meeting attendees.

Here’s how the new system works. Rancho Las Palmas and the Holiday Inn Express will not accept individual reservations for the PCRS meeting either by phone or Internet. As you register for the meeting online through the PCRS website, you will also be prompted to make your hotel reservations at the same time.  You’ll still have choices for room type, number of rooms, and amenities.  The system will be user friendly with a live person to talk to if you need help.

   The PCRS room block is safe and secure. Rooms will be availanle when you register for the meeting – unless, of course, you wait until the last minute.
