Description
This session focuses on the day-to-day running of an IVF lab. This is your opportunity to chat with two renowned experts who run their own successful labs. Bring your questions, comments, and great ideas on the simple steps in day-to-day operations that create improved outcomes for patients and lab staff as well.
Expected Learning Outcomes
Upon the completion of this session, participants should be able to:
- Apply the best approaches for managing time, people, and resources in an ART lab
- Identify the specific steps that make a lab operate smoothly and successfully for all concerned
