In order to remain proactive in our response to concerned parties about how our plans are evolving in light of the emerging public health concerns posed by the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), we offer this page as a resource. The PCRS Office is closely monitoring updates from the World Health Organization and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention regarding the situation in communities where cases of the virus have been confirmed.

How Is the 2020 PCRS Annual Meeting Affected?

We want to assure our conference attendees that we are proceeding as planned to hold a safe, educational, fun and successful event March 25–29. There are currently no travel restrictions or advisories to or from or within Indian Wells, California.

The safety of our attendees remains our highest priority and we continue to monitor the COVID-19 developments closely. Attendees can expect to see heightened levels of cleanliness and onsite accommodations to actively encourage all conference participants to take common-sense precautions following CDC guidelines when they are onsite at the event. Personal compact bottles of hand sanitizer will be provided to all attendees.

Our cancellation policy remains in effect:

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. A $75 cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations received before February 13, 2020. No refunds will be issued after February 13, 2020. A Substitute attendee will be permitted.
