The role of assisted reproductive technology (ART) in family building has made waves at the center of a lively public discussion over the past year, as the state-of-the-art provision of ART services in the United States is being threatened legally and politically. Societal awareness of our field is increasing, while scientific and technological advances are occurring at a rapid pace. As the multidisciplinary care team for individuals of all backgrounds looking to build families, we must constantly stay up to date on the latest scientific, but also ethical, cultural and legal developments in our field.

Registration includes all CME activities and other sessions Wednesday through Saturday, the Welcome Reception, Poster Session, Poolside R&R, and Saturday Night Celebration Dinner.

** To qualify for the In-Training Discount, you must be a research fellow or allied professional in an approved, full-time training program to be eligible for this educational discount.

* To qualify for the Practice Special you must be a non-doctoral allied health care professional working in a practice with a sponsor who has registered for the meeting at one of the regular rates listed above (PCRS Member, Non-Member, Non-Doctoral Member, Non-Doctoral Non-Member). You will be asked during the online registration process to provide the name of your sponsor.

Guest Passes

Guest Passes are available to encourage attendees and faculty to bring along friends and family to the Annual Meeting and other social events. All Guest passes may be purchased during online registration and on-site at the meeting at the registration desk. Single Day Guest Passes for Thursday, March 21, Friday, March 22, and Saturday, March 23 are available at a discounted rate. 

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. A $75 cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations received before February 10, 2025. No refunds will be issued after February 15, 2025. A Substitute attendee will be permitted.
